Right now we are still negotiating contracts, but the tentative date for the event will be the weekend of November 12-14, 2010. Watch for further information as the date draws near.

January 2010

The Chapter recently held a summit for the 20-year celebration. At the summit, the Chapter broke down different sections of the planning for the event and who to contact. The information is as follows:

Event planning / General questions: Chapter Archon Matthew Osorio

Finances: AJ Ten Hoeve

Alumni relations / Attendance: Alex Quirits

Tuxedo rentals: Nickel Behney

Favors and decorations: Brett Cybulski

Table requests: Steve Werst

Event security (Albright security or other option?): Matthew Osorio

Hotel operations and banquet hall: AJ Ten Hoeve

Oversee website design on our RSVP page: Steve Werst

Forest Inn and planning for Friday night’s event: Nickel Behney

Event promotion: Alex Quirits

Saturday afternoon BBQ and football game: Doug Mace

Transportation for the weekend: Zach Binkley
